1. There is a broken download link/Video, what am I supposed to do?

Simply click on the “[!] Report Broken Video” and our system will automatically notify us.

2. I can’t view the streaming episode!

a) Try to refresh the page and click play on the video.
(You can refresh the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard.)

b) If that doesn’t solve your problem, click on the “[!] Report Broken Video” we’ll then check if the video is broken and fix it ASAP.

3. When will [Anime-Show] come out? Which date?

AnimeStigma does not subtitle anime shows and therefore we do NOT know when the episode/show will be out. Any questions sent to us regarding date of release of an subtitled anime show will be instantly deleted.

4. What should I do about the Megavideo and Veoh viewing restrictions?

Step 1.
To begin with, get the Firefox browser. It’s more compatible with the AnimeStigma website.
Step 2.
FireFox enables you to have alot of add-ons and applications. One of the ones that will benefit us who want to watch anime, is Illimitux add-on. Go ahead install/add it to your FireFox add-ons.
Step 3.
Just start watching the video and the addon will do it’s job!
